The Aspen — Suite 202
Twenty-four hundred square feet on the second floor of a building that has stood on Main Street since 1910, restored and furnished for people who are in Sheridan for a season rather than a weekend.
Two bedrooms and three full baths, so a colleague, a partner, or a visiting family has somewhere to be. A kitchen set up for someone who actually cooks — full-size appliances, real knives, enough matched place settings to have people over. A dedicated workspace with room for two monitors. A washer and dryer inside the residence, not down a hall.
And two things you will not find in a corporate apartment: a private sauna, which after a run of long shifts stops being a novelty, and a private two-car garage — which in a Wyoming January is the difference between leaving on time and scraping ice at quarter to six.
Downstairs and out the door: coffee in a minute, dinner in two, the Bighorn Mountains in forty. Sheridan Memorial Hospital is 4 minutes by car.
The terms — Executive Stay
$4,800 per month as an Executive Stay: 30 days or longer, month-to-month. Electricity, gas, water, trash, and high-speed fiber internet are included — one payment, no utility accounts to open and close.
Housekeeping and linen service available biweekly on request.
Stays of thirty continuous days or more are exempt from Wyoming lodging tax. On a month here that is roughly $624 you do not pay, and it is why a furnished residence often costs less than the extended-stay hotel it replaces.
Access
The Aspen is on the second floor. There is a staircase and no elevator. If that is a problem, tell us now rather than after you have driven to Sheridan — we would rather lose the booking than waste your trip.
Who this is built for

Security deposit of $4,800, equal to one month's rent. No application fee. First month's rent due at signing.
