This website and the properties (The Onyx — Suite 201; The Aspen — Suite 202) are operated in partnership with Wyo Stays, a licensed real estate brokerage. By using this site, you agree to our booking and leasing policies as outlined below.

Booking The Onyx (Suite 201)

Short-term bookings for The Onyx are processed through our Guesty booking platform. All reservations are subject to availability, payment in full, and adherence to our house rules. Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and are displayed during the booking process.

Leasing The Aspen (Suite 202)

Long-term lease applications for The Aspen are managed through our Buildium application system. All applicants are subject to credit checks, background verification, and income requirements. Lease terms, deposits, and conditions are provided in the lease agreement upon approval.

Property Rules & Conduct

Guests and tenants must respect the historic nature of the building, maintain quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM), and adhere to all local ordinances. Smoking is prohibited inside all units. Violations may result in immediate termination of stay or lease.

Liability & Damages

Guests and tenants are responsible for any damage caused during their occupancy beyond normal wear and tear. Security deposits or damage waivers apply as specified in your booking confirmation or lease agreement.
