How it works
Three steps. The third one is the important one.

We arrange it
We book the partner, coordinate access to the suite if they need it, and send you the confirmation with the partner's rate and cancellation terms.

The partner bills you directly
You pay the provider, at the provider's rate. We add nothing and handle no payment. If the rate changes, it is because theirs did.
What we arrange
Grocery provisioning
Send a list, or tell us how you eat. The kitchen is stocked before you arrive. Billed by the grocer at shelf price.
Private airport transfer, Sheridan or Billings
Arranged with our transportation partners for Sheridan County (SHR) or Billings Logan (BIL), about two hours north. Flight number and arrival time are all we need.
Restaurant reservations
We hold the table. Sheridan's better rooms fill on weekends and during rodeo and polo season, so ask early.
Massage
In-suite or at the studio, with a licensed therapist we work with regularly. Scheduled to your day, billed by the therapist.
Guided fly fishing, horseback, and mountain days
Licensed outfitters on the Tongue and Bighorn drainages, working ranches for a day in the saddle, and guided days into the Bighorn Mountains. We match the guide to the season and your experience.
Polo season access
Big Horn hosts one of the country's oldest polo seasons, June through September. We arrange field-side seating and the events around it through the clubs.
Florals
Arranged with a Sheridan florist and placed in the suite before you arrive. Tell us the occasion or leave it to them.
In-suite dining with a local chef
A private chef cooks in the suite's kitchen for two to eight. Menu set in advance, sourced locally where the season allows, billed by the chef.

A text is enough. These are real requests, lightly edited.
- Landing BIL Thursday 4:10 pm, two of us, one big bag each. Transfer to the suite?
- Two people, table for Saturday around 7. Somewhere with a good steak and a quiet room.
- Stock for four days: oat milk, eggs, sourdough, a couple of good cheeses, whatever fruit is decent right now.
- One full day on the water in late June, two anglers, one of us has never held a fly rod.
- Anniversary Friday. Flowers in the suite before we get in around 5, and a chef for two that night.
The terms, plainly
48 hours for anything on this list. Guides, chefs, and polo weekends can book out weeks ahead in summer, so earlier is better. If it is inside 48 hours, ask anyway and we will tell you straight whether it can be done.
Each partner's cancellation terms apply, and we send them to you when the booking is confirmed so there are no surprises. Tell us as early as you can and we will pass it on the same hour.
No. They are independent Sheridan businesses we work with regularly and would use ourselves. We make the introduction, coordinate timing and access to the suite, and stay reachable if anything needs adjusting. The service itself is theirs.
Usually. Ask. If we know someone good, we will arrange it on the same terms. If we do not, we will say so rather than guess.
Everything else is already included
The text line, the arrival note, parking, the workspace, wifi, provisions, and the guide are part of every booking. Nothing on this page replaces that.
The Stay, in full
