Tier 1 · Included in every booking
The Stay
Everything a stay at The Main Exchange includes, whether it is one night in The Onyx or a season in The Aspen. This is the baseline, and it is why the nightly rate is what it is.
Included in the nightly or monthly rate. Nothing on this list is an add-on.
Seven things, every time
Text concierge with a published response window
Text (307) 763-5449. Answered the same hour, 7 am – 9 pm, seven days. After 9 pm, the same number routes to our emergency line. Lockouts, no heat, water, and power are answered around the clock.
Keypad self check-in with a personal arrival note
Your code arrives the morning of check-in. The suite is set before you get there: lights, temperature, a note from us with anything specific to your visit. No front desk, no waiting on a key.
Reserved parking
A reserved space for the length of your stay, steps from the door. Downtown Sheridan does not otherwise make this easy.
Furnished workspace with monitor and printer
A real desk, an external monitor, and a printer with paper in it. Take the call, print the boarding pass, work a full day without improvising.
Published wifi speed test
We test the connection in each suite and publish the result on this page. If a number is not here, we have not measured it recently and will not guess.
Welcome provisions
Coffee, tea, water, and a small set of pantry staples waiting on arrival. Enough to skip the store the first night.
A curated Sheridan guide
Our own short list: where to eat, where the coffee is good, what is worth the drive into the Bighorns, and what to skip. Written by people who live here, kept current.
The response window, exactly
- Number
- (307) 763-5449 (text preferred)
- Hours
- 7 am – 9 pm, seven days
- Response
- Answered the same hour. Usually well inside it.
- After hours
- After 9 pm, the same number routes to our emergency line. Lockouts, no heat, water, and power are answered around the clock.
- Who answers
- Someone in Sheridan who works for Wyo Stays and has keys. Not a call center.
Restaurant questions, an extra pillow, the printer acting up, a change to your checkout time: all of it goes to the same number. Requests that need a partner, like a chef or a transfer, are on The Exchange Desk and want 48 hours.
Published wifi speed test
Measured at the desk in each suite on the guest network, nothing else connected. We publish the number we got, not the number on the plan.
The Onyx
Suite 201
Fiber internet. Latest test posted here after each measurement.
The Aspen
Suite 202
Fiber internet. Latest test posted here after each measurement.
Arrival, in order
- Your door code and parking details arrive by text the morning of check-in.
- Park in your reserved space. The entrance to Suites 201 and 202 is at the building.
- The note on the counter is for you. So are the provisions next to it.
- Anything off, text us. Same hour.
Why this is the baseline and not an upgrade
Most of what separates a good stay from a forgettable one is not the marble. It is whether the parking exists, whether the wifi holds a call, whether someone answers, and whether the place was actually ready. Those are operational habits, and they are the ones we chose to be measured on.
So none of it is an add-on. The rate for The Onyx and The Aspen already carries all seven items on this page, for one night or for ninety.
The Sheridan guide mentioned above is drawn from our Sheridan Playbook. The printed version in the suite is shorter and more opinionated.
